Nicole Nolden took over as head of our Finance and Accounting department in March 2020. Until February 2020 she worked as an independent management consultant and business coach in the areas of accounting, controlling, human resources and personal development.

"As an accountant for 12 years I gained international experience, and with the birth of my son, independence became more and more important. The training as a business coach showed me the importance of clear communication on the way to lasting success. Process optimization, a clear structure and the promotion of employees are also reflected in the evaluation of business figures", explains Nicole Nolden.
